I knew I should have taken that left in Albuquerque!

I’m crying Uncle!  We’ve received lots of snow here in the northeast, woke up to frigid temperatures this morning, and another huge snow storm is expected in a couple days.

Mother Nature is forcing everyone to be on their toes, and to be prepared.

With this freezing cold winter, our furnaces are working overdrive.  Do you have plenty of oil in your tanks?

Enter today’s Quick Tip Friday!

Because it’s so cold does make our furnaces work very hard, hence burning through oil quicker.  On the off chance that your furnace does run low on oil, and you’re not due for a delivery for another couple days, a couple 2.5 gallon empty gas cans come in handy!

Simply leave the empty gas can (or two) next to your oil tank for the delivery guy to fill up.  Then, you can store in your garage, in a safe place.

It is always good to be prepared!

Enjoy today’s Quick Tip Friday!
