As I sit here and write, I only wonder if I had done enough for Sean for Father’s Day. I wanted to make sure that I dotted every “i” and crossed every “t”. I wanted to make all of his favorite things and truly make the day be solely about him.
And as I planned out the menus, I noticed that the cocktails that I had selected were rather “girly.” Sure, they paired nicely with the menus, but none were really “walk like a man.”
Then I remembered a cocktail that one of Sean’s best friends came up with.
The Manmosa!
Just like a pretty mimosa but made with beer. It’s delicious and truly has Father’s Day mixed with every sip.
