Last Minute Gift Idea

There’s always one or two people that inadvertently get left of your gift list, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t important to you.  All it means is that you have a lot on your mind.  Comes with the season.  However, your friend won’t feel the least bit forgotten with this last minute gift idea.

Special touches to your holiday baking only look time consuming, but don’t have to be.  Take these silicone moulds for example.  Nestled in with my holiday baking supplies, these moulds were begging me to give them a chance.  And I did.  While making my White Chocolate Peppermint Bark, I simply spooned a teaspoon of the melted bark into each individual mould and waited for the white chocolate to harden.  Popping the bark out of the moulds was a snap, and the result is a beautiful little sweet.  A simple detail with a magnitude of appreciation.

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark takes around 5 minutes to make, yet these delicious trees and snowflakes only look otherwise.  Wrap them up in festive food safe bag and you’ve got a last minute holiday gift that is easy on the eyes and will warm the heart.
